Hello, I’m Brian Mantey, owner of Chuckles Property Services. Originally from Wisconsin, I’ve spent the last 20 years working in machining and facility maintenance, developing the skills needed to diagnose problems, make repairs, and find practical solutions. My wife is a traveling nurse, and together we built our own tiny house in Wasilla, where we spend spring through fall before returning to Wisconsin for the winter.
I started Chuckles Property Services because I genuinely enjoy troubleshooting problems and helping people. Whether it’s getting a lawn mower running again, repairing a small engine, replacing a light fixture, or tackling a handyman project around your home, I take pride in finding creative and cost-effective solutions that work.
Growing up on a small Wisconsin farm taught me the value of hard work, resourcefulness, and keeping costs in mind. I understand that the most expensive repair isn’t always the best repair. My goal is to provide honest recommendations and quality workmanship while respecting your budget and helping you get the most value from every dollar spent.
